TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We trust that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before booking. This has been set for order, health, and safety reasons.
RESERVATION & PAYMENTS

Reservations are made on a first-come (to pay the 50% DP), first-served basis.

Upon your request to book the dates, we will send Reservation Details to confirm date/s of stay, rental fee, and bank and GCash info where you can transfer payment.

Before paying, please ensure to have called or messaged Rea Manacsa at # 0998 9967434 or PM/messenger call Sheryl Manacsa Pacheco.

50% Down Payment (DP) should be paid within 12 hours or less if notified, or on the agreed timing.

Send us a proof of payment via messenger or email. Afterwards, we will issue payment and schedule confirmation.

If we do not receive payment & proof on the agreed timing, we will immediately open the reserved date/s to other interested guests.

Pay the remaining 50% balance before check-in. Please send the proof of payment.

Additional fees incurred or charges should be paid to the caretaker or online bank transfer immediately or before checkout.
CANCELLATION/ REBOOKING
-
No Cancellation, No Refund.

Rebooking is allowed 2 weeks before the rental date, subject to a new dates’ rental fees and no refund if new dates have lower fees.

First rebooking is free. Second rebooking has a 35% admin charge.

A late advise admin charge of 25% , 35% or 45% of the rental fee is deducted from the DP if rebooking is requested in less than 14 days, 7 days or 2 days, respectively, before the date of checkin.

GENERAL RULES
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guest/s to leave if they fail to comply with the rules and regulations set here.
CHECKING IN

Before checking in, please settle the 50% balance thru BPI or GCash transfer.

In exchange for a cash security or incidental deposit, we require the main guest to deposit his driver’s license or any govt ID. This will be returned upon check-out once caretaker has inspected the premise free of any liabilities.

An excess on the agreed guests should be communicated to us before checking in. Additional fee of Php 500 per guest applies. 1 Guest is an adult and a child who is 4 years old and above. While, 3yo and below is free of charge.

We allow a maximum of 35 guests at Casa Mijolo. If there is an excess guest from reserved number of pax, please pay each pax accordingly. Above 35 guests may be denied of entry, please check with us first.

You may check-in an hour in advance, if available, with a charge of Php 1,500 per hour or timing will be adjusted accordingly
DURING YOUR STAY

No Smoking inside the villa. You are only allowed to smoke within the designated area at the Gazebo, View Deck, and Roof Deck with ashtray provided. No littering of cigarette butts. Guest will pay Php 2,000 if found (or smelled) smoking inside the villa especially the rooms.

We will ask guests to leave the premise due to verbal abuse or misconduct towards us.

Be responsible in using the amenities including appliances, videoke, mahjong set, games, microphones, furniture, equipment, garden and all other properties of the resort. Any damages or loss will be charged to the main guest.

Illegal drug/s, firearms and other deadly weapons are not allowed to bring inside or use within the resort premises.

Management shall not be held liable for emergency or unscheduled utilities, ie internet, electricity, water outages. We have water storage tank and generator set for emergency use.

Management shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the premise. CCTVs are provided to protect our guests and staff.

Whilst our village has roving security guards , management shall not be held liable for untoward incident that would happen to your vehicle parked outside. Please ensure that your vehicles are locked properly and there are no valuable items inside.

If you are setting up decors, ensure that materials will not damage the walls or any part of the premise. Otherwise, cost of damage will be assessed and be paid by main guest. Remove all decors, or pay Php 1,000 service fee.
CHECKING OUT

The caretakers will remind you of the check-out one (1) hour before the agreed check-out time.

For ease of check-out, inspection of the premise will start one (1) hour outside and poolside area and 30 minutes indoor before your check-out time.
-
Please leave the pool an hour before checkout time so you will have ample time to prepare for checkout.

Delayed check-out from agreed timing will be charged of Php 1,500 per hour.

Additional fees incurred on site should be paid in cash to the caretaker or online bank transfer immediately or before checkout.

After the inspection, should there be damages, misuse or loss discovered during your stay, main guest must pay before returning the ID and before leaving the premise. If damages or loss was discovered after your checkout, we will call you to request for payment.
CCTV SYSTEM AND OPERATION
Casa Mijolo operates a CCTV surveillance system that aims to provide a safe and secure environment to protect the guests and staff.

to increase personal safety and reduce the fear of crime;

to protect and manage the safety of its facilities and assets;
-
to aid investigation of security-related incidents;
-
to support government authorities in deterring and detecting crime, and provide assistance in identifying, apprehending and prosecuting offenders;

CCTV shall not intrude on the privacy of individuals. Viewing coverage is limited to parking area, entrance gate, pool area, ground floor indoor open living space, family hall, roof deck and four perimeter fences.

Management and/or caretaker will only view CCTV footage should there be any suspected and or untoward incident, misconduct, or event which requires action.
-
We ensure that public disclosure of CCTV footage does not occur unless required for legal or regulatory compliance and upon authorization from Management.
-
Guests may request for a copy to the footage, granting without breaching others’ privacy. A written description of the footage request may be requested by the management.
SWIMMING POOL USE

Suitable swimming outfit is required.
-
Strictly no diving, no rough play or pushing, no running.
-
Everyone must take a shower before going into swimming pool.
-
Food and glassware of any kind are not permitted in the pool area.
-
Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol.
-
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
-
Pets are not allowed to swim into the pool.
-
Please do not use the swimming pool if you have a communicable disease as you can transmit the disease to others.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
-
You are allowed to bring up to two pets.
-
A standard cleaning fee of P400 per pet is charged upon reservation.
-
Always supervise and clean up after your pets.
-
Provide pee pad or have them wear diapers.
-
Pets are not allowed in the rooms and toilets, nor on tables.
-
We have a designated outdoor area for pets to pee or poop.
-
Pets are not allowed to swim. If this happens, you are to leave the pool ASAP for us to deep clean asap. Deep pool cleaning fee is P2,000 to be paid asap.
-
Damages and extra cleaning caused by the pets are guests’ sole responsibility. The costs to repair will be assessed. An extra cleaning and disinfectant fee of P1,000 or more is charged depending on the situation.

A security deposit of only P1,000 is required and will be returned upon checkout once the above has been met.
