Rates and promos are found on "Rates & Dates" page and also on our Facebook When you book with us, you are renting the entire vacation home. Our published rates are for 20 or up to 25 guests occupying 3 or 4 rooms. For more than 25 guests, we charge Php 500 per guest except for 3yo and below coz they are free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 35 guests, that is 29 adults and 6 adults/kids or adult sharing bed.

Please go to our "Rates & Dates" page for our rates and available dates, then submit the CONTACT US form to reserve the dates. We'll reply to reconfirm your booking details together with our bank info, please make a 50% Down Payment to reserve the dates. Stay vigilant - Only transact through the contact details available on our website.

"Amenities" found on our webpage are FREE to use. The use of stove is free, let us know if you prefer gas stove or induction cooker. But if you wish to use both, we will charge second stove of only Php 500 per day of stay. Please inform us if you are bringing your own; electric cooker/griller , air fryer, and other electric kitchen appliances we will charge Php 400 for each appliance.

Please bring Food & Drinks, Towels, Toiletries, Swimming Floaters, Coffee Pods, and consumables or other items personal to you. Refer to our "Amenities" page and also "Available Items in the Kitchen" under FAQ to check on what are included in the package.

Casa Mijolo accommodates up to 35guests. That's a total of 29 adults each with bed and 6 kids/adults sharing bed. We have 4 rooms; with 2 queen size beds, 8 Bunkbeds x 2 single beds, 8 pullout beds and 2 extra single beds.

Please inform us in advance if you are bringing your personal gas or electric operated appliance. If you have failed to inform us in advance, we may not allow you to use your electrical appliance. For bringing and using your own electric cooker/griller, air fryer, and other electric kitchen appliance, we will charge P400 for each appliance. Exception is made to our Muslim friends who are bringing their stove and not using our cooker.

We have one pool for kids and adults with a size of 12 meters long by 4.5 meters wide. With a division and steps in between kiddie and adult pool. Kiddie Pool is 3ft deep. Adult Pool is from 3 feet to 5 feet

2 vehicles can park inside while others can park just outside the house by the curb where there is plenty of space. In our subdivision, we have guards patrolling throughout the day and night to keep us safe. However, as an extra security measure, please do not to leave valuables inside your car and do not forget to lock your car.

We provide high tech sound system, bluetooth ceiling speakers indoor and outdoor and videoke with updated songs as of May 2022. You can also enjoy the Foosball, Billiards, card games and Jenga blocks.

Food delivered by a caterer served on tray are free of charge. Event set-up with caterer, decorations, and table & chair are allowed; fees below apply: Caterer/Event set-up fee: Php 1,000 Entertainment Booth/Cart (Food, photo, drinks) : Php 400 per booth Photo/Videographer : P 400 Sound system with professional lights & sounds: P 700 PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Outdoor sounds should be toned down or turned off by 10pm Total guests allowed is 50 pax including 25 to 35 pax who have booked an overnight stay. Visitors, who are not staying overnight, is charged of P300 each. For safety and comfort, visitors are allowed to stay until 11pm only. Our caretakers will do the headcount including guests staying overnight. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation on the above.

We allow 2 furry pets in the villa, subject to our Pet-Friendly Policy and standard disinfection cleaning fee of only P400 per pet. Please follow the policies strictly so we can continue to allow pets at Casa Mijolo. PET POLICY: You are allowed to bring up to two pets. A standard cleaning fee of P400 per pet is charged upon reservation. Always supervise and clean up after your pets. Provide pee pad or have them wear diapers. Pets are not allowed in the rooms and toilets, nor on tables. We have a designated outdoor area for pets to pee or poop. Pets are not allowed to swim. If this happens, please leave the pool ASAP for us to deep clean asap. Deep pool cleaning fee is P2,000. Damages and extra cleaning or disinfectant fees of P1,000 or more are guests’ sole responsibility. A security deposit of only P1,000 is required and will be returned upon checkout once the above has been met.

BY CAR/PRIVATE VEHICLE: You may click google maps or waze here to find “Casa Mijolo Hot Spring Resort” but we've heard that this is not 100% accurate so please also check on the steps below. Exit SLEX Turbina (after Batino,before Calamba) Turn left to Ayala Greenfield (after NU) Follow the road to Bucal Bypass to National Hway (Mcdo on the right), Turn Right. Along, is the Los Banos Welcome sign..Max's Slow down when you see Splash Mountain on the left, then LAKEWOOD. Carefully turn left. Then turn left at guard house, gated, you are at Timber Lake street until you cross the small bridge. On the right you will see CASA MIJOLO white villa. BY BUS: Get on a bus going to Los Baños or Santa Cruz, Laguna. *From Manila, you will find buses from Lawton in Manila, Araneta Center in Cubao, Buendia in Makati. JAC Liner are on these locations, please check https://www.jacliner.com/routes.html . Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Lakewood Subd just after Splash Mountain Resort, where you will see the “LAKEWOOD” sign on your left. You may reach Casa Mijolo by foot or hire a tricycle. It’s about 10-15mins walk to reach Casa Mijolo from the main road, so try to get a Tricycle. Ask to be taken to Casa Mijolo at Timber Lake Street. From the main road, head straight to the subdivision. On your left, enter the gated guard house. At the gated guard house, you are at Timber Lake street, just go straight until you cross the small bridge. After crossing the the small bridge (creek), about 300meters you will see the white house on your right (DO NOT turn right). The White House with no name is Casa Mijolo.
