BEFORE LEAVING HOME:

1. If you haven’t done yet, Please settle the balance thru BPI/GCash

2. Bring your towel & toiletries, Casa Mijolo don’t provide them

3. If you are putting up party decors, we have hooks that you can use.  We recommend that you use Blu Tack, or similar adhesives that won’t damage the wall or furniture. No confetti please. Minimum P1K may be charged if wall is damaged or extra cleaning for the confetti/decor.

4. Bring your (disposable) plates, spoon & fork, large pots – we have small & medium only.

6. 🐶 Inform us in advance if you will bring your pet/s, read and follow our Pet Policy at the bottom page of FAQ.

UPON CHECK-IN:

1. Our Caretaker will show you around, the amenities and items to turnover .

2. Please pass a valid ID (Driver’s License) to be returned upon check out as per T&C.

3. Note that timing may be adjusted if you come in earlier than expected.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

🚭No Smoking inside the house. Ashtrays are provided at the gazebo, view deck and roof deck. A penalty of at least Php 1,000 for special cleaning/disinfection will be charged. 

👙 Wear Proper Swimming Clothes

       Please do not eat at/in the pool area for hygiene reason (you don't want to have food germs in the pool 😱)

       Do not dive, the pool is only 3M to 5M deep

        Swim responsibly and watch over your kids

🚻 For your comfort, we have toilet & shower rooms behind the gazebo

🚿 Please Shower first (behind gazebo) before going into the pool 

       Do not bring food or eat and drink inside the rooms, coz ants may appear in your room uninvited.

       Keep the windows in your room closed to prevent bugs or insects going into your room.

UPON CHECK-OUT

​

1. An hour before checkout – our caretaker will give you a friendly reminder of the checkout time

2. They will start cleaning the outside of the house and the pool an hour before your checkout

3. About 15mins before your check out time, our caretakers will enter the villa’s common areas and rooms to inspect and gather items that have turned over to you (eg remote controls, kchen items)

4. Your ID (Driver’s License) to be returned upon satisfactory checking, when all items are in the same good condition, no damage or lost.
